Predictable routines have positive social, emotional and cognitive benefits. Rituals and routines provide the structure and predictability needed to build resilience. Predictability helps us feel safe. When we are safe, we can learn. Trauma and resilience Day 3 will focus on practices that help us create consistent routines that foster emotional wellbeing.
