This workshop has 2 meeting sessions. One in person on July 7th, and one on Zoom on October 5th(see times below). Registration for BOTH must be prior to July 7th. You must be present at both to receive credit. This will be an introduction to object-based learning or a refresher course for those experienced in language acquisition and development. You will learn how to utilize an object, photo or piece of artwork to spark student curiosity and engagement at any level. This training will focus on speaking skills as well as writing for English Language Learners/ Multilingual Learners. Come ready to learn and explore this topic together.
